Very nice hotel, if I return to praque I would definitely say here again. Friendly staff and good food and cheap beer in the area. Fitness centre surprisingly well equipped.

I spent 3 days in this hotel, and for who are looking for accomodation, I'll write my very objective opinion (and it can serve as a clue for the hotel to improve!!)
- Location: very good, good combination with public transport at 24h.It takes 20 min to the historical centre.
- Breakfast: normal, it could be better. It would be wonderful if they replace the hot food when there's lack of it.
- Staff: normal, they could be a little more kind and helpful
- Rooms: new and clean... but there's a very big problem with them: you can't avoid the sun gets into the room at 5:30am!!!!! even with the courtains, so you are tired all day!! For me this is the only reason I wouldn't come back to this hotel (it's a very important reason to have a good rest!!)
Apart of this detail, the hotel is very good, and the prize is very good too.

Ideal f. junge Leute!

Fazit: Wer was besseres will, ab ins Hilton, aber dann Geldbeutel auf den Tisch u. Hosen runter, denn das kostet....

Great Hotel, Friendly staff, cannot comment on breakfast as by the time we all got up it was midday, as we were out until 6am!
The Reception girls were great, skirts are indeed very short, with I think no knickers.

Thanks again, we will be back! And when in Prague check out the Buggy Bar and say Hi to Anna.

I cannot agree with these stupid guys I had the "honour" to meet with on my stay in Prague. Hey, blackbrains, go to London and try! Ok, so, it was possible to go to the sauna, the man there spoke english, not realy perfectly, but good enough and may be the old receptionist was not the "edie murphy", but the others were fine to me. So, may be if someone drink like a dog whole the day, as I saw, then someone from the staff could be angry. Yes!!! First lern to drink and then talk.

I was in the same part as Mr Coulson and can confirm that every time we went to go into the leisure suite it was closed or occupied by the hotel manager.
The 3 star accomodation is nice but not worth the extra money. The road works directly outside the hotel are ongoing and quite extensive. While we were there some stupid liverpudlian crawled into the sewage pipe and got stuck. The night porter in the hotel is an experience. Stalin is putting it polietly. But the female receptionist made up for it by not wearing any underwear while wearing a mini skirt. Poor tony didn't know where to look. Prague is brilliant. We stumbled upon the Golden Tiger pub. A typical Czech drinking house serving nowt but beer, and only one type of beer. Urquell. Not quite sure if this was a figment of our imagination as we could't find it again the next night.

Canny hotel but don't book the three star version, you are meant to get access to the sauna and jacuzzi, however during the three days we were there the gym was either closed due to lack of staff or being used by the staff of the hotel, there was abooking system but when you meantioned it the staff suddenly did not speak english. Also the information talks about a welcoming bar, poor reception area with about 20 seats and a receptions staff member who was at best rude and so dour that he made
Stalin humourous. Prague itself great prices a screem as in cheap and quality sound If going to try Cech bar the golden Tiger is a must. But don't book the extol 3 star its cheaper and just as good two. The hotels tidy and clean the breakfast typical east european, cold cheese, ham and wait for it swiss roll, I know it got us too. The major road works that wake you up at 7am are still there although they were meant to be finished by June 2004.

Eleven lads on a stag do, what a blindin laugh we had. We could have stayed closer to town but as it turned out staying at the extol was a good move. Cheap beer in the bar! Nice clean rooms, and the sauna etc. were a welcome place to relax after the excesses of the previous night. Overall a very good place to stay.

The hotel is very nice. We have negative experience with the staff:
- The breakfast (smorgasbord) is avaible util 9:30 am. During the breakfast the hot water can was empty (9:10am). I ask the waiter to fill it up with warm water to possible make my tea. But he failed to do! At 9.29am the weiter collect evrything(food, bred, jam). I'm ask him again, but he said: 'Breakfast fininsh.'
I think it is a brass! He was completely bounder! He have a job, becouse the guests spend there few days!

Dear Mr. Sagi,

I appologize for the behaviour of the waiter, however, I need you to specify dates of your stay and describe the waiter to make further steps. Could you please send me the information by e-mail?

I am very happy you enjoyed your stay in the Extol Inn. I assure you that next time you will come it will not happen.
