Sights

Tourist started to visit Adrspach rocks in the beginning of the 18th century. The picturesque rock formation is located on 20 square km at the altitude of 500 m above sea level. The main entrance to the rocks is from the town Adrspach. Adrspach rocks are divided by Vlci rokle (Wolf Gulch) from Teplice rocks. The sightseeing tour through the rocks is approx. 5 km long. Famous rock formations can be found there e.g. Spanelska stena (Spanish Wall), Homole cukru (Sugar Loaf), or the highest rock Milenci (Lovers) almost 100 m high. In the middle of the tour there is a little rock lake which was artificially made by a dam on the river Metuje as well as a 5-meter high waterfall. Boat tours are available during the main season. Romantic view of the valley can be found on the rock ridges of Broumovske steny (Broumov Walls).
